Minerva Fischer MRX Test by Otomotif




OTOMOTIFNET – Sebenarnya Minerva Fischer MRX650 ini belum secara resmi di delivery kan pada konsumen. Rencananya baru Oktober mendatang, meski begitu PT Minerva Motor Indonesia (MMI) tentunya punya unit tes. Nah, kali ini OTOMOTIFNET.com mendapat kesempatan untuk ikutan menjajal performannya.

Bahkan saking semangatnya, MMI sampai menyewa sirkuit Sentul agar pengetesan yang kami lakukan makin terasa nikmat. "Kalau hanya di jalanan enggak akan terasa sensasinya," ungkap Kristianto Goenadi, President Director PT MMI yang ikut mendampingi kala itu.

Desain (*****)
Secara desain, boleh kan motor yang satu ini dinobatkan menjadi salah satu motor sport rakitan lokal yang paling futuristik dan eye catching. Dari bentuknya cukup kentara desain asal Amerika pada Fischer. Garis lekukan di bodi tegas dan cenderung kaku. Mirip muscle car di negeri Paman Sam itu. Belum lagi konfigurasi V-twin khas Harley-Davidson.

Jok single seaternya dan buntut gambot menemani knalpot under tail nya membuatnya terlihat tetap sporty. Kayaknya bakal serasi disandingkan dengan Chevrolet Camaro Bumblebee, kan udah sama-sama kuning dan berotot!

Fitur Dan Teknologi (****)
Untuk mesin, Fischer memang berkolaborasi dengan pabrikan asal Korea Selatan, Hyosung. Mesin ini sebenarnya sudah lama ada, dan kini disempurnakan untuk dipasang pada motor Amerika ini. Mesin berkonfigurasi V-Twin 90 derajat DOHC,ini pun di klaim mampu memuntahkan tenaga 80 daya kuda pada putaran 9550 rpm.

Walaupun motor ini belum menggunakan sistem injeksi pada sistem bahan bakarnya, namun penggunaan dua buah karburator Mikuni 39mm, diklaim bakal cukup handal untuk mengantar pengendaranya merasakan tenaga besar dari motor.

Kelebihan lain yang menjadi daya tarik motor ini terletak pada penggunaan komponen-komponen yang berkualitas. Misalnya suspensi Ohlins pada bagian belakang, rantai dari Regina dan juga sistem pengereman yang menggunakan Brembo.

Belum lagi panel indikator digital dengan fitur lengkap. Mulai dari speedometer, takometer hingga memory yang bisa mencatat top speed serta beberapa data berkendara lainnya.

Performa (*****)
Mesin 600cc nya, meski hanya dua silinder dan masih pakai karburator tetap mantap melaju di straight line Sentul. Transmisinya memberi respons baik tiap kali dilakukan perpindahan. Dari posisi 1 hingga top gear (gigi 6), mudah dilakukan serta berlangsung halus dengan penurunan putaran mesin yang tak banyak.

Alhasil kecepatan mendekati 180 km/jam mudah diraih di trek lurus di depan paddock. Dan menariknya, torsinya di putaran bawahnya cukup besar. Gas dibuka sedikit saja tenaganya yang responsif langsung terasa.

Diuji pakai Racelogic, hasilnya pun cukup baik. Untuk meraih kecepatan 100 km/jam, tak perlu waktu lama-lama, cukup 4,9 detik saja! Ini setara dengan sportscar sekelas Mercedes-Benz CL 65 AMG yang meraih waktu di kisaran 4 detik untuk mencapai 100 km/jam dari diam. Mantap!

Handling (***)
Jangan keburu girang dengan performanya yang cukup responsif. Karena pemilik tinggi badan kurang dari 170 cm dipastikan tak akan terlalu nyaman nyemplak. Selain akan jinjit, proses untuk duduk ke joknya pun akan sedikit terkendala karena buntu yang terlalu menjulang.

Tipsnya, jangan pernah lupa buka standar samping saat hendak naik atau turun, untuk jaga-jaga kalau kaki nyangkut. Kan gak lucu jatuh diparkiran sebelum motor jalan.

Memang secara menyeluruh, handling-nya tergolong mudah dilakukan. Asalkan mampu menjaga putaran mesin dan mengombinasikan rem depan dan belakang saat deselerasi sebelum memasuki tikungan. Tapi, giliran akan menikung jadi agak kagok. Kenapa?

Di sinilah terasa kalau nikung dengan si kuning ini tak semudah mengedipkan mata. Badan pun perlu dibuat lebih condong ke arah tikungan. Apalagi, ukuran tangki cukup lebar bikin pergerakan tangan di setang agak terhambat. Pengendaranya harus lebih lincah memindahkan badan saat hendak menikung.

Pengendalian pun ditunjang roda depan yang baik dengan suspensi berdiameter 43 mm. Sedang di belakang monosok Ohlins yang bisa disetel ketinggiannya kompresi peredaman dan pre-load suspensinya.

Suspensi-suspensi ini menyatu dengan sasis alloy one-piece, sasis buatan Amerika ini diklaim jadi satu-satunya di dunia, dengan satu cetakan (one piece). Begitu pun lengan ayunnya dibuat one piece.
Meski asik dipakai di Sentul, untuk harian rasanya agak repot. Bobotnya yang berat dan posisi stang yang terlalu rendah, membuat pengendarahanya harus menunduk. Wah, bisa pegal-pegal nih. Karenanya, khusus yang satu ini bintangnya enggak terlalu banyak.

Harga
Moge 600cc hanya Rp 120 jutaan on the road Jakarta? Sudah lengkap juga dengan surat-suratnya alias enggak bodong. Harga ini tentu lebih murah dari moge 600cc merek lain. Karna produk ini sudah di CKD di Indonesia. "Kalau harus mendatangkan versi CBU, harga dapat menyentuh angka Rp 200 jutaan," ungkap Kristianto Goenadi.

Duties and Responsibilities:

psychological measures, projective techniques, and other professional judgments.

· Reports assessment findings to parents and their referred child, members

· Provides brief intensive treatment for children & families supportive
therapy in appropriate cases.

· Administers tests, evaluates and treats emotional or learning
disorders in orphans utilizing psychological tests where appropriate.

· Assist the child in coping and adjusting to medications prescribed by
their physicians.

· Participates in and conducts in-service education programs as
requested.

· Discusses and reviews with the Program Manager, the current status of
existing services within the department, proposals for new programs, or any
departmental issues.

· Maintains statistical records of the number of children receiving
psychology services.

· Maintains liaison w/ community resources for child mental health
services.

· Maintains cooperative working relationships with the members of the
multidisciplinary team.

· Performs other related duties as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Master degree in Child Psychologywith minimum 1 year experience or
Bachelordegree in Child Psychologywith minimum 2 year experience

· 2 to5year experience in working with children, and adolescents with
developmental disorders and with emotional or behavioral disturbance.

· Experience in the supervised practice of clinical child psychology
preferred

· Ability to work cooperatively with other professional disciplines as
part of a team

· Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written

· Having knowledge of MS Office programs, specifically Word, Excel and
Power Point

· Demonstrated organizational, planning and instructional skills

· Ability to keep abreast of current developments in the field of

large scale operations in Indonesia, encompassing emergency operations,
transitional activities centered on agriculture and nutrition and a range of
development initiatives in such areas as water and sanitation, health and
micro-credit.

 
CARE Indonesia in Jayapura-Papua is currently recruiting the following positions
for its project:

1. JOB TITLE       : HYGIENE & BEHAVIOR CHANGE OFFICER (HBC-O) 
DEPARTMENT/PROJECT  : PROJECT/KOTA 
REPORTS TO   : PROJECT MANAGER 

JOB SUMMARY :
The Hygiene & Behavior Change Officer will work closely with PM and other
Officers and responsible for setting up and running hygiene and Sanitation
related promotion activities on water and sanitation issues for the Kota
Project. The Officer must have excellent oral and written communication skills,
an understanding of behavior change communication, Information, Education and
community (IEC) and the health/environmental issues related to water and
sanitation. Experience working with community, NGO and/or government agency on
similar topics is key. In addition, the officer must be highly organized,
pro-active, with superb creativity and understanding of health topics. The
position requires the ability to work long hours when required.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
 Develop BC concept and guidelines for the health and hygiene behavior change
§
component of the program.
 Conduct a baseline study on knowledge, Attitudes and Practice` (KAP) and Focus§
Group research of the communities on water and sanitation topics, analyze data
and pull out key messages and findings.
 Work with team and consultants to select key messages and design a Health and§
Hygiene Promotion strategy.
 Duties will include creating a portfolio of Behavior Change Communication§
strategies, such as print materials, community trainings, radio, theatre plays,
etc.
 Contracts artists/printing, radio and other agencies and plan strategy§
together with them.
 Field test materials and strategies for effectiveness before rolling out major§
campaigns.
 Guide and direct Health and Hygiene Project Officers to assist in duties and§
train in villages (direct supervision)
 Coordinate with the Community Implementation Team to conduct awareness§
campaigns in the target communities to raise watsan and environmental awareness.
 Coordinate with other Project teams to carry out field work and training§
effectively (helping to design other brochures for Technical or Policy; helping
to present in workshops, etc)
 Submit monthly progress reports to management.§
 Other related duties as assigned by supervisor.§
SUPERVISES :  -

QUALIFICATIONS:
 Have a University degree in Public Health majoring in Behavioral Science§ &
Health Education or Marketing, Social Work, Communications or other related
topic degree

 4 years experience in a related position preferably dealing with Health and§
Hygiene Promotion, Behavior Change/IEC, Training on Water and Sanitation.
 Excellent public communication and motivation skills.§

2. JOB TITLE       : WATSAN OFFICER (WO)
DEPARTMENT/PROJECT  : PROJECT/KOTA

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

 Develop guideline and manual rapid technical assessment (RTA) of the existing§
sanitation in participating in urban sites and provide necessary input and
support to all CF’s (Community Facilitator) when requested. The guideline should
include a strategy for appropriate re-new able energy management practices.
 Develop training and design guide line and manual for improved urban water§ &
sanitation facilities. The guide line have include rational for determining
public and private  component of the improved sanitation system and their
associated cost
 Provide input to the analysis of water§ & sanitation system and suggest
remedial measures as necessary. Developed guide line and manual for water &
sanitation approaches with considering the guideline already develop in previous
and current project with close coordination with the project (SWASH and GKDP) in
the area. In cooperation with Behavior Change (BC) Officer review the
experiences of past and current CARE project regarding water & sanitation
system. Compare their effectiveness, cost and suitability for urban settlements.
 Develop as set of technical options and their associated cost and management§
implication (including operation cost and maintenance
 requirements) for improved water§ & sanitation system in urban area based on
the available space/area.
 Assist each CF’s (Community Facilitator) to select technically. Managerial and§
financially feasible option for improved water & sanitation system for each
participating urban site. These options will be presented by CF’s to the
community to assist theme to make informed choices.
 In-co-operation with Behavior Change (BC) Officer develop a set of technical§
option and their associated cost and management implication (including operating
cost and maintenance requirement) for house hold and institutional water &
sanitation facilities.
 Provide necessary technical input into development of a community Action Plan,§
component preparation of detail design drawing, and cost for non standard
component of the improved water & sanitation system.
 Develop guide line for O§&M plan (preventive maintenance and regular
maintenance task, their frequency and man power requirements) and associated
cost for improved water & sanitation facilities.
 Develop guideline and manual for preparation of construction methods, schedule§
and labor management plan (includes identification of skilled personal and, if
necessary, small contractors) for improved water & sanitation facilities based
on community in preparation of the construct the improved system. Assist CF’s
(Community Facilitator) as required and facilitating the community in
preparation of the construction management plan

 Develop guidelines and manual for construction supervision and quality control§

 Develop guidelines and manual for preparation of Bill of Quantity and standard§
and specification for construction materials and facilities components for
improved sanitation system
 Develop guidelines and manual for monitoring construction activities§
 Develop guidelines and manual for environmental impact assessment of the§
improved water & sanitation facilities and/ or prepare TOR for environmental
assessment if consultant is required. Assist in the selecting consultant(s) if
required and facilitate their work.
 Review and comment of the CF’s (community Facilitator) and/or Consultant§
report. Make sure that the suggested remedial measures are technically,
financially, and culturally appropriate

 Provide technical advice and recommendation to urban CF’s during all stages of§
the project implementation as required

 Participate in development of management information system for KOTA project§
 Participate in data analysis and provide the necessary feedback into project§
process
 Continuously monitor the work of teams and make appropriate recommendations§
for change in approach, strategy, new project material, new technology, training
etc.
 Provide input to PM (Project Manager) for preparation of project reports and§
work plan(s)
 Assist in preparation of training modules, identification of resources and§
training material

 Participate in facilitating KOTA staff (CARE and partner NGO staff and GOI),§
and community training workshop as required

 Assist in developing guidelines for technical session during the§
pre-implementation training workshop for KOTA staff. Assist in locating a
resources person(s) if required and preparation of training modules
 Develop a training program for KOTA staff on design, construction management,§
O & M and environmental issues through the project based on staff capacity as
assessed during the KOTA project workshop

Begitu bangun tidur, Rasulullah mengajarkan berdoa:
'Alhamdulillaah, alladzie ahyaanaa, ba'da ma amaatana, wa ilaihinnusyuur'
Segala puji bagiMu ya Allah, yang telah menghidupkan kembali diriku setelah
kematianku dan hanya kepadaMu nanti kami semua akan berpulang.

Betapa indah dan dalamnya pesan doa ini, bahwa setiap pagi adalah hari
kelahiran sebagaimana malam adalah malam kematian.
Begitu terlahir kembali yang pertama diucapkan adalah rasa syukur pada Allah
dan kemudian dilanjutkan dengan salat Subuh.
Salat Subuh adalah awal kehidupan baru dimulai.
Apapun yang kita lakukan, kemanapun kaki melangkah tetap yang menjadi
tujuan adalah keridhaan Allah.
Demikianlah, ketika kesadaran batin itu selalu tertuju pada Allah dan selalu
menjaga kondisi itu agar tetap tidak menjauh dari orbit Ilahi, Rasulullah
mengajarkan untuk melakukan salat Zuhur, Asar, Magrib dan kemudian Isya.

Ritual salat idealnya lebih dari sekedar peristiwa fisik dan mengulang bacaan doa.
Salat juga adalah sebuah peristiwa emosional-spiritual ketika raga-diri yang
fitri dan jiwa-ikhlas bertemu Allah Yang Maha Pengasih.
Jiwa, ruh kita sesungguhnya setiap saat selalu ingin memperoleh kedamaian
ketika merasa dekat dengan Yang Maha Damai [QS Ar Ra'du; 13:28]
Sayangnya daya tarik emosi, pikiran dan kenikmatan fisik lebih dominan
sehingga kenikmatan jiwa sewaktu salat sulit diraih.

Padahal jika kita lebih intens menghayati, maka setiap hari adalah hari kelahiran
dan juga hari kematian.
Setiap hari pula hendaknya kita melakukan pesta tasyakuran dan doa pertobatan
pada Allah.
Sungguh manusia terlalu lemah sebagaimana tergambar sewaktu tidur karena
tidak bisa menguasai dirinya sendiri bahkan kita tidak sanggup menentukan
judul mimpi yang kita inginkan.

Selamat berulang hari, semoga panjang dan berkah selalu umurnya.
